Research and Development Service:

The R&D department is responsible for the development of new products at our company. Together with our technology department, R&D is also available to provide OEM service to oversea buyers. We are already providing such service to select valued clients. In addition, we have been developing new products that will meet the current demands from consumers around the world. These products include network high speed dome cameras, high speed pan/tilt cameras with ICR and mini-dome cameras.

 

 

QA/QC Service:

The QC department's responsibility is to ensure the quality of our products, from the processing of raw materials to the packaging of finished products. Raw material quality is checked and verified with our suppliers, and semi-finished products are inspected during assembly procedures. Another important task is the analysis and evaluation of the quality control procedures. Furthermore, this team tests each new product that is developed. Their target is to ensure customer satisfaction with quality and offer value-added services.

 

 After Sales Service:

The guarantee of three years for most products;

The guarantee  of one year for camera module, thermal imager sensor and laser;
 
Provide the RMA parts during the guarantee period;
 
Provide comprehensive technical supports.
